Terms of Sale

Fabo Designz will begin work upon full verification of your order.  Full verification consists of receiving confirmation that all artwork has been uploaded and approved, and your order has been paid in full and processed.  All orders (including approval of a proof) must be placed and have full verification before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) in order for work to begin that same day.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday morning.

Shipping and Turnaround

Turnaround times do not begin when your order is submitted.  Our quoted turnaround time begins when we receive confirmation that all your artwork is uploaded & approved, and payment has been processed. 

Shipping charges calculated on the website or in custom quotes are estimated charges.  If there is any change in shipping after order is delivered, it will be charged after we receive the final invoice from the shipping carrier.  In that case, we will invoice you via email for additional shipping costs.

Shipping/Address Change in Transit

If a request is asked for an address change while the package is in transit (at no fault of Fabo Designz) then there will be a fee added at time of request. 

File Preparation

If you already happen to have a design and would like for us to handle the printing end of it, please send us the file in a PDF or EPS print ready format. Please work in CMYK color mode, outline all text, flatten all layers, and embed all links. Files should be created to final print size at a minimum of 72dpi (120dpi is preferred). If you have any questions or concerns email or call us today and we will gladly walk you through the process.

Hardware Return

If any issues with your hardware, Please email us (info@fabodesignz.com) a Return Request with images of the problem and a brief description of what issue has occurred. If the hardware portion is returned in the original box, in unused condition we will exchange it or offer you a refund, This Return Request will be honored as long as you email us 20 days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to the warehouse within 7 calendar days of the Return Request. (all shipping fee's are non refundable) All products must include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

Graphic Refund
There will be no refunds once your order has been proofed and verified by you, or if the work on your order has begun.

Indemnification
By submitting your order, you certify that you own or have written permission to use the image or images that Fabo Designz is reproducing for you (the purchaser).  Fabo Designz customers will indemnify and hold harmless Fabo Designz, from any and all direct and indirect loss, cost, expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against Fabo Designz on the grounds alleging that the printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person or company.
